On Wednesday 14th February 2018, the Junior school held a fantastic bakesale in aid of the charity we have chosen to support this term, the Arunai Children's Trust in Tamil Nadu, southern India. The goodies contributed by parents of pupils were astoundingly good - chocolatey, creamy, crunchy and sweet! In addition, a Guess the Candy jar was there for children to buy a ticket so they could take a wild guess at how many sweets were packed inside the jar. Parents volunteered their time to stay a few hours and help out, which was great. Thank you to those mums!
What a lot of fun and all in a good cause.
